Important Return Information
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the online purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as permitted in a physical store.
1. Return the Items
Please send the returned goods to OÜ Top Stop (Phone: 55552220), using one of the following shipping methods:
- SmartPost Itella: Tallinn, Pirita Keskus
- Omniva parcel machine: Tallinna Pirita Keskuse pakiautomaat
- Omniva post office: Pirita postkontor
Note: In the event of an exchange or return, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. OÜ Top Stop will cover the costs only in case of our error.
